Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) builds basic learning skills necessary for career success. The program focuses on improving English skills, especially for people who use it as a second language. It also helps prepare people for the Missouri high school equivalence (HSE) exams, post-secondary training or transitioning to college or a job.
Adult students who need the End-of-Course Assessments (ECAs) in Algebra I and/or English 10 for graduation can now take them at an Adult Education Site. ECA Testing is available in spring and in fall. Email [email protected] to locate an ECA testing site. Interested test takers will need to contact the site prior to testing day.
